White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has been mocked online over a recent public appearance with her 60-year-old husband Nicholas Riccio. Notably, most jokes were made at the expense of their 32-year age gap. Leavitt, 28, attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner with her real estate developer husband Riccio in Washington on Friday, July 24. After the previously postponed event, Leavitt shared pictures from the night to her three million Instagram followers. The set of three snaps included a close-up of herself wearing a blue lace jumpsuit and holding her hand to her heart, one of her sitting at a table next to the President, and the last, a picture of her with her sexagenarian husband in the Oval Office . Critics called out Karoline for marrying someone her father's age While many fans complimented the pictures and her bold makeup, critics also called out the young government official’s age-gap marriage in the comments, claiming that the picture she posted looks almost like a father-daughter day out. One person mocked her by writing: "You look so pretty in that last picture with your dad!!" Another took it even further and added: "Awww bring grandpa to work day!!!! love it!!!" During the evening , Trump paid tribute to Leavitt and her husband while also congratulating them on the second child they welcomed in May. The 80-year-old President said in his speech: "Congratulations are also in order for our favorite White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt , who just had her second child. Trump insulted his right-hand woman at the dinner However, the elderly man (Trump, not her husband), also mocked and belittled her moments later by adding: "She’s done a fantastic job, she’s another one. She can be nasty!" While the audience of journalists broke out in laughter, Trump doubled back on himself by saying: "But Karoline may have one of the hardest jobs in the White House. She has to deal with all of you, all of the time, and you can be very difficult. You can be very, very difficult people." In a previous interview about her widely spoken-about but seldom seen husband, Leavitt addressed why Riccio skipped her first baby shower in 2024, defending her husband’s tendency to keep a low profile online. She told journalist Megyn Kelly: "He's not on social media. He's very private, and he's an extremely hands-on father. He and my son are the best of friends. “He's my greatest supporter, he's my best friend, and he's my rock. He's my number one fan, the best dad, and just the best man I've ever met." Disturbing new details have come out after a Michigan man allegedly shot his wife and six children before setting their family home on fire and taking his own life. Kristopher Karolkiewicz, 47, his wife Amanda "Mandy" Karolkiewicz, 39, and their six children, aged between five and 15, were found dead inside their home in Grand Haven Township on Friday (July 24). Police believe that Kristopher fatally shot his wife and the children before setting multiple fires throughout the home and then shooting himself. Amanda, 39, shared troubling Reddit posts about her marriage in the years before her murder. Credit: @mandykarolk / TikTok Autopsies later confirmed that all eight family members died from gunshot wounds before the fire was deliberately started in several parts of the house. "This is an unspeakable tragedy that we may never completely understand," Ottawa County Sheriff Eric DeBoer said in a statement read aloud by Deputy Captain Jacob Sparks. Officials say the investigation indicates it was a murder-suicide, but the case remains open as Michigan State Police arson investigators work to determine exactly how the fires began. Amanda previously opened up about husband's affair As investigators continue piecing together what happened, Reddit posts Amanda shared two years ago have shed light on problems the couple had faced years before the horrific event. The 39-year-old revealed that around eight years before the killings, Kristopher had what she described as an "emotional affair" with a "much younger" intern at his workplace. She said life in Grand Haven had once been "like living in a Hallmark Movie" and explained that she had first met Kristopher when she was also working as an intern. "He was divorced and older than me… fast forward ten years and five kids, he was cheating with the intern again - the same age I was when I was the intern," she wrote, per Daily Mail . She opened up about the emotional toll the affair had taken on her. "After about a year of self-loathing, I remember crying and looking at myself in the mirror and realizing how f***** up it was that I was the one who was living so miserably because of what he did. I finally realized that I had been the only person who has ever showed up for myself my whole entire life," she added. Amanda admitted she wanted to leave the marriage but said doing so felt "insanely terrifying". Instead, she decided to try to fix their relationship for the sake of their six children. "I kept telling myself, 'I love my kids more than I hate my husband right now.' They have no idea - I faked it 'till we made it," she wrote. "We're in a much better place 4.5 years out, but it's still a fight to stay in a healthy place." Although Kristopher claimed that the affair never became physical, Amanda said she "never quite believed him". She added that the "evidence [made] it all seem like it would be very unlikely that they were never physical." Amanda also disclosed that she once shoved her husband after discovering the affair. "I don't feel bad still," she wrote. "He towers over me and destroyed me mentally. It felt like I was being assaulted and needed to fight back. I think it's a fight or flight thing." Counselling brought improvements, but challenges remained Amanda wrote that she and Kristopher began attending both individual therapy and marriage counselling, although she said the process often frustrated him. "He was having trouble sleeping and was so angry and mad at himself because the counselor asked him if he heard me. It seems like such a big reaction to that pretty normal question from a marriage counselor. He is so sensitive to correction that I'm feeling so discouraged that we'll ever be able to make progress," she said. Over time, she believed they had made meaningful progress; they had both embraced sobriety and that, despite ongoing struggles, she was generally happy. "For me, 'safety' is the ability to trust that (he) will not get angry or defensive when I'm triggered, and will help to carry me through it," she wrote. "We're almost five years out, and he's trying, but still struggles with defensiveness. But in general, am I happy? Yes." "I wouldn't say I feel safety in my emotions, because he still struggles with receiving my triggers without defensiveness, and that's slowing down my ability to regain feelings of safety," she added. Family remembered by loved ones and community Amanda's and the children's deaths have been ruled homicides, while Kristopher's death has been ruled a suicide. Four of the six children were Kristopher's biological children, while the couple had adopted two others. Police said the victims included four boys aged 15, 12, 11 and five, along with two daughters, both aged 11. Their names have not yet been released. The family's dogs and at least one cat also died in the fire. The couple got married in 2009 after meeting at work at a beverage company the previous year. Amanda had recently returned to work as a substitute teacher for Grand Haven Area Public Schools after previously staying home with the children. Their youngest child was preparing to start kindergarten at Peach Plains Elementary, while their oldest had recently begun driver's education ahead of starting high school. Their six children were also killed. "It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge reports of a devastating incident in Grand Haven Township earlier today involving the loss of multiple lives, including several school-aged children," Superintendent Kristin Perkowski said. "Regardless of the details that may emerge, this is a devastating incident and a tragic loss for our community," she continued. Joe Biden appeared confused, struggled to remember facts and lost his train of thought during a series of meandering conversations with his ghostwriter roughly four years before he was elected president.The former commander-in-chief also repeatedly made reference to retaining classified information in the discussions with his biographer Mark Zwonitzer, according to newly-released audio tapes.The heavily-redacted recordings of Biden working on his 2017 memoir with Zwonitzer were released Monday to the House Judiciary Committee and the conservative Oversight Project nonprofit after a two-year-long court battle.“We now know what has been long assumed: the autopen scandal extends far back beyond just when Joe Biden ‘ran’ for president from his basement,” Oversight Project President Mike Howell said in a statement. The tapes were previously scrutinized by former special counsel Robert Hur as part of his 2023-2024 investigation into Joe Biden’s retention of classified documents after leaving the vice presidency in 2017.  AP Photo/Evan Vucci“These tapes have so many pauses and ‘ums’ that it sounds like Biden is buffering like a dial-up Internet connection,” Howell added.In one part of an interview with Zwonitzer, Biden says,  “Alright — what was I going to ask you? I can’t think of anything else.”In another moment, Biden asks his ghostwriter to “Hang on a second,” while he apparently studies his notes. “Um … it’s confusing me,” the former president later says. The tapes were previously scrutinized by former special counsel Robert Hur as part of his 2023-2024 investigation into Biden’s retention of classified documents after leaving the vice presidency in 2017. According the Oversight Project, the recordings prove “Biden was already demonstrating significant cognitive decline” when he began meeting with Zwonitzer – just a few months after leaving the Obama administration – for the 2017 book, “Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.”“In the sections of the audio tapes that were not redacted, Biden references his confused state of mind on many days,” the group said in a statement. “As we know occurred during his Presidency, Biden was clearly experiencing good days and bad days as far back as 2017.” During Zwonitzer interviews with Biden the former president read “nearly verbatim” from notebooks that contained sensitive national security and foreign policy, according to Hur’s 2024 report on the classified documents investigation. “So this was, I early on, um, in ’09 I just found all the classified stuff downstairs,” Biden is heard telling Zwonitzer in one snippet from the roughly 70 hours of recordings. “Some of this may be classified so be careful with it,” the 46th president warns his ghostwriter at one point. “I’m not sure … It’s not marked classified but —”On the tapes, Biden could be heard discovering classified material in real time as he leafed through papers with Zwonitzer nearby. Biden’s Delaware garage where box of documents was found. New details have emerged in the investigation into the so-called Ohio "House of Horrors" case, with a reporter revealing a disturbing claim about items allegedly purchased by the family before 16 children were rescued from the property. According to O'Connor, former neighbors who had entered that property said the floorboards had become so heavily soaked with urine that they had to "relay the foundations of the property." She also said neighbors noticed padlocks fitted to doors throughout the house, raising further questions about the conditions in which the children had allegedly been living. O'Connor went on to claim the family had been seen buying "big bottles of oil," suggesting the parents may have been trying to help the children consume "extra calories." The claim has not been independently verified by authorities. Additional records have also revealed that six of the children, aged between seven and 13, were repeatedly absent from Adairville Elementary School during 2021 and 2022. The prolonged absences reportedly resulted in the school taking further legal action against the children's parents. Elizabeth Siders, 33, her husband Gary Siders Jr., 36, his father Gary Siders Sr., 73, and mother Christina Siders, 67, have all been charged with multiple counts of child endangerment following the discovery of the children at the Vinton County home. Authorities entered the property while serving a warrant connected to allegations that Gary Siders Jr. had exposed himself in unrelated incidents. Vinton County Prosecutor Jillian Wilson described what investigators found inside the home as "beyond comprehension." Gary Siders Jr. and and Elizabeth Siders have been handed child felony charges. Neighbors have said they were unaware so many children were living at the property, with several claiming there was never any visible "sign of any child" outside the home. A Washington mother says she encountered an adult male showering in a women’s locker room while children were attending a swim meet at a local recreation center, prompting renewed debate over policies governing access to sex-segregated facilities.“Right before my daughter’s first race, I went into the women’s locker room to use the restroom,” Maria Varchetto, whose daughter was participating in a swim meet at Seattle-area Lynnwood Recreation Center, told Fox News Digital in a statement. “The locker room is set up like most public locker rooms, with an open shower area and two private shower stalls that have curtains. I know these showers well because my daughter uses them regularly,” she said. “The curtains are too narrow for the width of the shower opening, and even when they are pulled closed, they often slide back open on both sides with movement or from the water hitting them.”“As I walked toward the back of the locker room where the restrooms are located, I saw what appeared to be an adult male’s exposed, erect penis through the gap in one of the shower curtains,” Varchetto continued. “The exposure was not something I was looking for — it was simply visible as I walked by, and it immediately caught my attention. I was shocked and unsure how to respond, so I continued to the restroom.”The woman had the encounter at the Lynnwood Recreation Center near Seattle.The incident occurred at the Lynnwood Recreation Center on July 12 in suburban Seattle during Varchetto’s daughter’s swim meet.“When I came out, I saw a mother and her young daughter washing their hands at the sink,” Varchetto said. “As I walked toward the exit, the person’s genitals were again plainly visible from the walkway. At that point, I decided I needed to say something. I said, ‘Excuse me, this is the women’s locker room.'”The person did not respond.The locker room is set up like most public locker rooms, with an open shower area and two private shower stalls that have curtains. We can confirm that the complaint was filed and that our staff conferred with both parties.”“Our Recreation Center facilities comply with Washington Administrative Code 162-32-060, which requires all entities to allow individuals to use gender-segregated facilities, including locker rooms and dressing rooms, that correspond with their gender expression or gender identity,” MacDonald continued. “Since the incident, our facilities team has installed new full-sized shower curtains in the locker rooms and is exploring other modifications to our shower facilities to ensure the privacy of all our Recreation Center patrons,” he added. Fox News Digital reached out to the Lynnwood Recreation Center for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Jeffrey Epstein allegedly arranged a sham same-sex marriage for his Belarusian dentist girlfriend so she could remain in the US after overstaying her student visa, according to a trove of emails released by the Department of Justice. Epstein took advantage of same-sex marriage laws in New York City so Karyna Shuliak, who was the last woman to speak to the pedophile before his 2019 suicide, wouldn’t be deported, the New York Times reported.Epstein helped Shuliak, now 37, gain admission to Columbia University, which is prestigious for dentistry, but at the time of her 2012 application, the student visa she had used to migrate to the US in 2010 had expired.Epstein cosying up with his girlfriend Karyna Shuliak. Department of Justice“I think its [sic] time you found an American girlfriend,” the financier wrote to Shuliak in a March 2013 email, according to The Times.“Same sex marriage will be the fastes [sic] way to green card. By far.”  Epstein reportedly selected a 30-year-old Minnesotan woman, who was an assistant, for Shuliak to wed. Shuliak and the woman, whose name has been redacted, legally married at The Office of the City Clerk in New York on Oct. 9 2013. Same-sex marriages have been legal in New York City since July 24 2011. Shuliak’s green card application was processed and she became a citizen in May 2018. Shuliak and her wife divorced the following year – and a House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform report claimed the spouse had been “forced” into the marriage by Epstein. She was “shocked to learn after the ceremony that Karyna’s deportation hearing was going to happen just a few days later,” the report said. Shuliak holding the arms of the woman she married in 2013.
