Share Post

Danica Patrick had a stern message for body shamers who told her to “eat” more.

“Since many have told me to eat after the last post, I shall show you more meals,” the former NASCAR driver wrote on her instagram Stories Tuesday, alongside photos of her food that day.

She said, “Lunch here, and breakfast was 3 eggs plus 2 whites and a large homemade slice of @brooke_selman sourdough with butter and blueberry jam. 🤤.”

Patrick, 44, also included a selfie of her holding an Eat Prima protein bar on the golf course.

In a second post, Patrick used her muscles to paddle board in the ocean while wearing a two-piece red bikini.

“If you don’t lift weights (like for real) and eat your damn protein (not 2 eggs), you don’t have to get muscles,” she told her followers.

“And the more muscle you have, the more you get to eat!!!!!! The end.”
