Secret Affair Exposed: NJ Prison Guard's Shocking Inmate Romance
The married federal prison guard accused of having sex with an inmate sent salacious texts to the felon about vibrating underwear and her desire for his “big man hands,” according to court documents.
Jordan Pensak, a 27-year-old corrections officer at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, was charged last week with sexual abuse after investigators discovered the trove of dirty messages.
“I’m getting you vibrating panties,” the inmate allegedly texted Pensak amid one smutty exchange in Aug. 2025, according to the criminal complaint.
Pensak later wrote about her lust for the felon’s “big man hands” in the explicit back-and-forth, the complaint states.
Starting in 2024, Pensak had sex with the unidentified inmate several times in an office at the prison while the inmate paid other prisoners to act as “lookouts” during the romps, the federal charge against her alleges.
The pair exchanged over 100 sexually explicit messages, photos and videos, which were discovered when Pensak’s phone was seized by investigators who caught wind of the relationship.
She said in texts that she believed one of the other inmates “snitched” on the couple, but insisted “they can’t prove nothing.”
In the text messages found on Pensak’s phone, the prison guard even joked about believing the inmate had impregnated her, according to investigators.
In January 2026, she texted a former inmate at the prison and revealed, “Im 3 days late for my period you ready to be an uncle?” according to the complaint.
“That aint good for the investigation,” Pensak continued, according to the court documents.
“If the baby black and my husband white and Korean?!” she said.
She also told the ex-guard that their most recent lookout “knocked on the door and opened it without us saying sh-t and he almost seen dick swanginnn,” according to the complaint.
“We freak nast [I] keep telling you this is,” she allegedly told the guard in another text in February, adding “Only thing he wont do is let me in them cheeks.”
A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed to The Post that Pensak has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings.
In another text message with a friend, Pensak was asked if the relationship involved sex or contraband, to which she allegedly replied, “both.”
When she was asked if she knew she could be criminally charged, she responded “Yes I know,” according to the complaint.
In one lengthy conversation with one of Pensak’s pals that spanned between Feb. 2025 and May 2026, Pensak allegedly revealed that she and the inmate “go f–ked up at work, high [as f–k].
In February 2026, she revealed to another friend that she was a week late for her period, according to the texts. She said she would not be keeping it because “that would make the investigation 1000x worse.”
Pensak also reached out to one of the inmate’s family members about the pregnancy scare, the complaint charges.
“I kind of wish I was [pregnant] just to know it’s possible,” she allegedly wrote. “I know I couldn’t keep it. And to go through all that without him would be hard on me.”
Pensak was charged with sexual abuse and released on bail, the US Attorney’s Office for New Jersey said. She faces a maximum of 15 years behind bars if convicted.
