Men now in their 20s are the first to grow up with easy access to pornography from childhood, and they say it changed how they see women and how they form and maintain relationships, a Post investigation has found.Six heterosexual men in the age group each admitted they had habitually used pornography to a point where it became part of their daily routine.“Starting in like middle school, it was like, I’d come home and watch porn after school and take a nap, and it became daily pretty quickly,” one man told The Post. “By the time I was 18, it was like two or three times a day.”Half of young men report shame about how much porn they consume. Di Studio – stock.adobe.comThe 26-year-old from DC was only in sixth grade when he first encountered porn — and it transformed the way he saw the world around him.“I started viewing my crushes differently,” he admitted. “I thought more about, like, their body parts than the whole person, the whole woman.”It wasn’t long before he found himself seeking out novelty and tumbling down a rabbit hole, leading him to hardcore porn before he’d even had his first kiss.“Porn kind of told me what to like as opposed to me figuring it out for myself,” he said. “It leaves very little room for what we might call quote-unquote vanilla sex. Things go from 0 to 100 real quick.”When he became sexually active in college, he didn’t know how to apply what he saw in porn to real life.“It actually caused confusion as to what women really want,” he said. “It made me think that women didn’t want any gentleness in sexual interaction, like they all wanted the roughest, most alpha sort of thing, like it had to be hyper-dominant.”He is a member of Gen Z, the first generation to have smartphones as tweens. With unfettered access to the internet in their pocket, many boys inevitably found their way to pornography. Today, the typical child first comes across porn at age 12, according to one survey.“In the ’70s and the ’60s, people had to go to the dingy movie theaters, the red light districts. Courtesy of Chandler Rogers“For a lot of people, it seems like sexuality is more of a quid-pro-quo than a bonding experience,” he observed. “For the average young man, sex has been turned into more of a quick-fix drug, almost like nicotine, than an experience to be had.”Today, three quarters of teen boys have seen porn, and half report shame about how much porn they consume. Pornography consumption is widespread. A 2020 study published in the Journal of Sex collected data from 1,392 US adults between 18 and 73 and reported 91.5% of men and 60.2% of women said they had consumed pornography within the previous month. Chandler Rogers, a 28-year-old father of two, had a bad relationship with pornography, but set out to help other young men kick their porn habit. In any area of my life, I felt like I could do what I wanted to do, but in this other area, it felt totally out of control.”Rogers said sexy content on Instagram sent him looking for porn around age 14: “Being on Instagram, it was kind of the slow and steady drip of sexualized content that kind of found me … No matter where I turned, there was always more and more sexualized content.”His use became increasingly regular, until he realized in his junior year of college that he wasn’t in control of his own habits. So he taught himself how to code and created Relay, an app where people trying to kick their porn habit can share tips and keep each other accountable via an anonymous forum.“Shame and isolation are what keeps a lot of people stuck, but they’re just not going to go to an AA-type in-person group,” he said. “They’re tired of trying to fight it alone, and they know that they need accountability.”Now happily married with two sons himself, Rogers’ platform has helped 100,000 people break their corrosive habits — but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Young men of various faiths and backgrounds across the world report problematic relationships with porn.A 25-year-old from northwest England told The Post that he came across “hijab porn,” which depicts women in religious head coverings having sex, at age 17. Courtesy of Peter Adair“I wish I’d never discovered it,” he said. “It was the good girl gone bad, and I think it’s very popular amongst people who grew up in strict religious backgrounds.”He says porn has caused him to see women differently in his day-to-day life: “I think you start to sexualize ordinary women. It becomes harder to be platonic friends with the opposite sex. It causes women to only be seen as sexual.”It also created unrealistic standards for women’s bodies. “Pornstars are in a lot of makeup, they have perfect bodies, and the standards get pushed a lot higher,” he admitted. “It doesn’t translate well into real life.”Religious shame drives many young men to seek out help for pornography, according to Quittr co-founder Peter Adair. His app blocks pornography websites from the phones of users and has been downloaded 2 million times.The 22-year-old from Glasgow, Scotland, said most customers are age 18 to 25, and they fall into one of two groups: Either they’re religious and feel that porn is spiritually degrading, or they are concerned about their relationships.“A lot of men hide this from their partner,” he said. “But a lot of people are also worried that, when the time comes that they find a girlfriend or a future wife, their porn addiction will get in the way of that relationship.”Gen Z men say growing up with porn warped their understanding of sex. He wanted to kick his porn habit, which had him returning to the screen three or four times a week, for the sake of his relationship with his fiancée.“I just thought, like, I’m 27. What’s going to make me stop? Like when I’m 30, do I say that’s enough of this? Or when I marry her? Or when I have kids? There’s never a good moment where it’s like, that’s it, that’s enough of that,” he said. With the help of the Quittr community, he was able to wean off porn in a couple of months: “I didn’t even have to go to tell my girlfriend before she noticed. Like, within two days, dark clouds around me were gone.”Nicolaas, 27, from the Netherlands, has been curbing his porn use through the Quittr app.On the flip side, a 21-year-old warehouse worker in Seattle said porn is holding him back from forming relationships in the first place. He first came across porn at age 10, and when the pandemic hit in his sophomore year of high school, his occasional use became habitual.“It got more regular with time, especially through COVID,” he recalled. “It became basically every day because I was home alone not doing anything … Late at night, or early in the morning, you’re already in bed with your phone.”He has never been in a relationship, and he blames pornography for holding him back.“It takes away having to go out and search for somebody that might make you happy,” he admitted. “It ruins your confidence. You worry that, if you date, you’re not gonna be big enough or be able to keep the one you’re with happy, so you don’t date, you kind of avoid it.”The 26-year-old from DC agreed: “If porn was taken out of the equation, young men would go and find a partner tomorrow and have this desire to build a relationship, but porn can meet all of men’s sexual needs.”

Trump was in the Summerlin neighbourhood of Las Vegas to promote his economic agenda and stump for Republican candidates ahead of November's midterms. Part of the event was about his 'no tax on tips' policy, which he signed into law last year and which helped him win Nevada in 2024. To illustrate how the tax breaks work for real families, he invited a local couple and their two young children onto the stage. Sandra, a casino waitress who has worked in the service industry for 15 years, and Brad, an officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Sandra stepped up to the microphone. Her son had other plans. While she was talking, the toddler slipped away from his dad and started wandering straight towards the steps at the edge of the stage. Trump spotted it before anyone else did. He broke away from where he was standing, went after the boy, and pulled him back before he reached the edge. The crowd cheered. After Sandra finished speaking, she told Trump her son had a few words for him. The boy leaned into the microphone and said: "Thank you for my Trump Account." Trump Accounts are tax-advantaged investment accounts that can be opened for American children under 18. Kids born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, can receive a one-time $1,000 federal seed contribution. Parents, relatives, and employers can add to the account after that, with the money invested rather than sitting as a one-off payment. The toddler's delivery got a bigger reaction than most of Trump's own lines. Trump did his signature dance as he left the stage afterwards. Why is Trump still making Biden jokes? Good question. Biden left office 18 months ago. He is in his 80s. He has cancer. He is not a political rival in any meaningful sense anymore. But Trump has never stopped. The Biden fall material has been a staple of his rallies and public appearances since at least 2023, when Biden tripped over a sandbag at the Air Force Academy graduation ceremony. Biden had previously mocked Trump in 2020 for walking carefully down a ramp at West Point, saying: "Look at how he steps and look at how I step. Watch how I run up ramps and he stumbles down ramps. Others pointed out that Trump, at 80, is hardly immune to the kinds of physical incidents he was mocking. The toddler, for his part, seemed completely fine about the whole thing. Stunned Homeowner Finds Mansion Built on His Land Without His Knowledge

A man got quite a surprise when he returned to some land he purchased in 1991 to find that someone built a house on it. A man found a house had been built on his land. Credit: Google Maps Dr. Daniel Kenigsberg, a 70-year-old endocrinologist from Long Island, New York, discovered in 2023 that the land he bought in 1991, and had owned outright since 2011 following his brother’s death, had somehow been sold off. All by a scammer in South Africa pretending to be him. Kenigsberg had long refused to sell the half-acre lot at 51 Sky Top Terrace in Fairfield, Connecticut. It was a piece of land loaded with emotional value. Situated next to his childhood home—originally bought by his father for just $5,000 in 1953—the land had been in the family for over 70 years. The family had even purchased it from descendants of one of the area's original settlers, Eleazar Parmly Jr., who had roots there going back to 1716. Despite moving to Long Island and building a career in medicine, the dream to return to Fairfield remained alive, per Greenwichtime . “Certainly if one of my children wanted to live in Fairfield, Connecticut, I’d be very happy about that,” Kenigsberg said. A property developer had been scammed. Credit: Google Maps But that dream took a bizarre turn in May 2023, when a friend who was passing through the neighborhood alerted him that a four-bedroom mansion was being built on his lot. Recalling the moment, he told CT Insider : “I said: ‘I own that and I never sold it’. I was shocked.” Upon visiting the property, Kenigsberg was stunned to see that not only was the lot cleared of its trees, but a nearly completed house - valued at $1.45 million - was now standing in its place. Documents revealed that the property had been sold to a developer, 51 Sky Top Partners LLC, in October 2022 for $350,000. The buyer, believing the transaction was legitimate, began building a luxury home on the site. The sale, however, was anything but legitimate. It turned out that the land was sold by someone in Johannesburg, South Africa, who had allegedly impersonated Dr. Kenigsberg using a fake passport, per the Washington Post . Consumer protection lawyer Kevin Kneupper explained the method on TikTok: "It's really easy to go find who owns land. If you've never done searches on this, in most counties, you can actually just go, it depends on your state. "But in many places, you just search online, they'll have databases, so they could find out real easily who's the actual owner and then just pretend to be him." The scammer reportedly registered an address in Johannesburg and presented a forged power of attorney, claiming legal authority to sell the land. The passport used included a wrong birthdate, incorrect address, and even a mismatched photo—but it still convinced lawyers and developers that they were dealing with the real Dr. Kenigsberg. According to Patch , the con artist had even made a fake passport under Kenigsberg’s name, and the deception was enough to push the $350,000 transaction through. “Dr Kenigsberg has never lived in Johannesburg, South Africa, and was not traveling there in 2022,” a lawsuit filed in response to the sale states. As construction progressed, Kenigsberg filed a lawsuit seeking to have the deed transfer overturned and the property dismantled. He sued the developer on nine counts, and construction on the house was halted pending legal resolution. Lawyer Anthony Monelli, who handled the transaction, was also named in the suit for allegedly failing to verify the legitimacy of the power of attorney used in the sale. “It looks like somebody from South Africa reached out to maybe the broker and maybe Attorney Monelli,” the doctor’s lawyer told CT Insider. “Apparently there are scammers around the country doing this kind of thing.” While Monelli and 51 Sky Top Partners LLC were not accused of orchestrating the scam, the suit argued they “knew or should have caught the forgery.” The case, first probed by Fairfield Police, was later handed over to the FBI, where it reportedly remains open. In April 2024, after nearly a year of legal wrangling, Dr. Kenigsberg agreed to a private settlement. Though the specific terms weren’t released to the public, sources say he did receive a payout. Despite falling victim to a fraudulent sale and facing thousands in legal fees, the developers did end up selling the property for a solid profit - offloading it for $1.45 million. Albert Einstein's IQ was reportedly 160, while Voltaire and Isaac Newton both scored around 200, William Shakespeare was 210, and Leonardo da Vinci was 220. In April 2024, the Giga Society for people with IQs above 190 claimed YoungHoon Kim had scored 276, making him the most intelligent person in the world on paper. Kim, who scored perfect marks on a number of tests to measure high intelligence, and also serves as an intelligence specialist advisor at the World Mind Sports Council, World Memory Championships, World Speed-Reading Championship, and World Mind Mapping Championship, and is the president and executive director at the United Sigma Intelligence Association (USIA). Kim took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his belief on the existence of God, writing: "God is real 100% and Jesus is God. - World's Highest IQ 276 Holder." He reiterated the message in a video shared alongside the post. It's not the first time Kim has spoken about religion, previously saying: "Christ is my logic," adding that he plans to use his platform to lead others to faith. Kim also holds a theology degree from Seoul's Yonsei University, which he called "the ultimate discipline of all fields of study.” When discussing the possibility of an afterlife, Kim revealed that it aligns with science using quantum physics and theories of consciousness, explaining: "If reality is part of something bigger, then death is not the end, but a transition." His remarks on The Tucker Carlson Show seemingly escalate his break with President Donald Trump, exposing tensions within the coalition that helped return Trump to the White House."It's been obvious for a while now that our system is not working as intended, because the people in charge of it seem to be looking out mostly, not exclusively, but mostly for their own interests," Carlson said. "So, it's one thing to have a system run by people who are looking out for their own best interest, and not yours, again, we've had that. It's another to have a system that's totally incapable of responding to reality. It is basically paralyzed," he later added, saying that the latter is the one plaguing America today.Carlson touched on what he labeled the two biggest threats in all of history, nuclear war and artificial intelligence, saying they are looming right in front of us all, and that those with authority are "frozen."He listed in extensive detail 10 traits America should have, while saying "change is coming." The virtues included a recommitment to fairness, sovereignty, being productive, having beauty, health, honesty, being optimistic, wise, showing decency and being united. She said Trump had betrayed his supporters and described the group's commitment as America First for Americans across the political spectrum. She closed the post by declaring that the movement had begun.The group did not announce a party name, an organizational structure or any legal filings at the time.
